Pascal Simon has 18 years of experience managing and delivering transformation and operational performance projects, within industrial groups (such as Constellium Pascal joined when Apollo Global Management acquired the company) or strategy consulting firms (Emerton, Mars & Co and Boston Consulting Group)
Pascal has led numerous assignments for global corporations such as organization and process rationalization, cost reduction plans, industrial site restructuring and industrial footprint redesign. Many of these high-stake projects relied on the support of transition of interim managers, who Pascal took a large role in selecting, onboarding and coaching.
Pascal holds master degrees from Ecole Centrale Paris in France and from UC Berkeley (Industrial Engineering and Operations Research) in the US.
